Thorough Background Checks

Before any team member starts, we conduct comprehensive background checks, including identity verification, national and local criminal searches, and employment and education verification. 

Testing for substances such as amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, and marijuana ensures that all personnel maintain the utmost level of integrity and reliability.

Strict Drug Screening

We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and safety through rigorous drug screening. 

We issue an attestation letter for every Pro Tech at every site, certifying their compliance with all screenings and laws. This reinforces our commitment to creating a secure and trustworthy environment for your operations.

Assignment

Our strict assignment criteria exclude anyone with pending charges or convictions for violent crimes, theft, dishonesty, moral turpitude, money laundering, or drug offenses.

Techs are rated on their service and communication, with results scored from 1-5. This feedback influences evaluations and future engagements, ensuring continuous improvement and high service standards.

Pro Reviews

Our quality control team regularly evaluates patron satisfaction through one-on-one phone calls. We use AI to analyze discussion tones and assess the quality of interactions.

These measures not only provide transparency but also drive continuous quality improvement, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

This alliance ensures that our clients receive premier coverage, enhancing trust in our services.

Additionally, our Automobile Liability coverage, with a $1M per accident limit, encompasses all vehicles—whether owned, hired, or non-owned—used in our operations, ensuring robust protection against a broad spectrum of liabilities.

Liability Coverage

Our comprehensive policy includes occurrence/aggregate limits of $2M/$4M for Commercial General Liability, covering bodily injury, property damage, and risks associated with hired and non-owned autos. 

This coverage supports our workforce in case of injury, ensuring their welfare and protecting against claims. Our Umbrella/Excess Liability policy adds an extra $4M limit, addressing claims that exceed primary liability coverages and enhancing protection against unforeseen liabilities.

Worker Protection

In compliance with statutory requirements, our policy includes state-mandated workers’ compensation and adds $1M in employers’ liability per accident. 

This policy simplifies matters and minimizes your risk, underscoring our commitment to fully protecting your interests. This, combined with our extensive liability coverage and worker protection policies, ensures comprehensive and reliable security for your operations.

Comprehensive Safeguards

Our agreements include a Waiver of Subrogation, meaning we won’t seek reimbursement from your insurer if our insurance covers a claim.
