By agreeing to these terms, you consent to this process as a condition of your employment with PRO RFP.
Screening Process Overview
Social Security Number Verification Purpose: To confirm your identity. Details: Your social security number will be verified to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
National Criminal Database Search Purpose: To identify any federal offenses. Details: A comprehensive search will be conducted to uncover any criminal records at the national level.
County Criminal Conviction Searches Purpose: To identify any local offenses. Details: Criminal conviction searches will be performed in each county where you have resided in the past seven years.
Employment History Verification Purpose: To verify your reliability and work history. Details: Previous employment will be verified for the past seven years.
Educational Achievement Verification Purpose: To confirm your qualifications. Details: Verification of the highest level of education completed.
Global Sanctions and National Criminal File Check Purpose: To ensure compliance with legal standards. Details: Screening against global sanctions lists and national criminal files.
Comprehensive Drug Screening Purpose: To maintain a drug-free workplace. Details: Testing for amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana, methadone, methaqualone, opiates, phencyclidine, and propoxyphene.
Criteria for Assignment
No Pending Charges or Convictions Details: You must have no pending charges or convictions for violent crimes, fraud, theft, dishonesty, moral turpitude, money laundering, or the manufacture, distribution, or sale of controlled substances.
Certification of Screening Compliance Details: Upon request, you must certify that you have successfully passed the required screenings before beginning services for PRO RFP.
Compliance and Accountability
Immediate Replacement Details: If you fail the screening, you must be replaced immediately.
Ongoing Compliance Details: You are responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with these screening requirements throughout your engagement with PRO RFP.
