ProRFP is a national cooperative services firm that manages and verifies large-scale janitorial, maintenance, and facility operations for property management and facility service companies across the United States. Every service we deliver is tracked, verified, and documented through our proprietary technology systems.
Accountability. Every ProRFP service is photo-verified through ProUploads, every concern is tracked through ProAlerts, and every client receives full transparency into their service performance. We combine technology, compliance, and trained professionals to eliminate doubt and deliver measurable results.
We provide verified service programs nationwide, with regional field teams and vendor networks supported by centralized operations, compliance, and technology integration teams.
A ProUpload is ProRFP’s photo-verification system. It captures before-and-after proof of service, verifies completion with time and geo stamps, and ensures both clients and technicians are protected through visual documentation.
A ProAlert is an instant issue notification system that activates the moment a client reports a concern. It triggers a case review, notifies leadership, and tracks resolution in real time — ensuring every issue is addressed, documented, and closed fast.
Yes. ProRFP builds custom software integrations for 100% app compliance. Whether a client uses Corrigo, ServiceChannel, FMX, or a proprietary platform, we adapt our systems to deliver verified data and seamless reporting.
Every completed service is backed by a digital audit trail — including photos, timestamps, technician data, and compliance records. Clients have full visibility into every site and service through our reporting systems.
ProTechs are the trained professionals who represent the ProRFP standard in the field. Every ProTech is screened, insured, and certified through our ProRFP Safety Series before starting any job.
All ProTechs complete required courses covering Bloodborne Pathogens, Chemical Safety & OSHA, Lockout Tagout, Fire Prevention, and Slip/Fall Prevention. This ensures every technician works safely, consistently, and in full compliance.
After each service, technicians upload photos through ProUploads for verification. No photos mean no payment — documentation is part of the job and the standard of accountability we’re built on.
Every technician has direct access to support through ProAlert.ai, where they can find onboarding tools, safety resources, payment guides, and contact forms. Each ProTech is also assigned a coordinator for ongoing communication and assistance.

The ProRFP Safety Series is our mandatory training program covering Bloodborne Pathogens, Chemical Safety & OSHA, Lockout Tagout, Fire Prevention, and Slip/Fall Prevention. Every ProTech completes this certification before field assignment.
All chemicals, tools, and procedures meet EPA List N, OSHA, and local environmental standards. We continually update materials and training to stay compliant with evolving regulations.
Every ProTech is screened, insured, and verified before assignment. Compliance records, insurance certificates, and training documentation are stored and auditable within our system.

A Tech Info Card is your digital ID within the ProRFP system — containing your photo, credentials, and verified work details. No Tech Card, no service — it’s required for all field assignments.
Payments are processed upon verified service completion. If working under a vendor partner, technicians can securely request payment through the ProAlert.ai Payment Request Form. ProRFP’s verification process ensures every approved service is paid accurately and on time.
